Amendment of Firm's Basic Information

This service enables the customers to request for amendment of firm's basic information practicing poll studies activity Owners, Partners, or Technical Manager. Any firm authorized to practice the poll studies activity in the Emirate of Dubai and wants to amend any of its basic information is eligible to apply for this service

About Service

The firm cannot practice this activity without updating its information in the trade license in case of any change whereby it is given a period of maximum one month from the date of change to request this service. This service requires contacting the Licensing Authority to amend the trade license information.

The Happiness Meter was launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai to make Dubai the happiest city in the world. The Happiness Meter interactively measures the happiness of Dubai’s citizens, residents and visitors when they interact with the services of government and private sector entities. Results from the Happiness Meter are regularly shared with The Executive Council of Dubai who closely monitor customer satisfaction levels of services provided by all Dubai Government entities.
